You will need:
Small piece fresh pineapple, 1 small orange, 1 banana, 1 peach or nectarine, 1 tsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp vanilla extract. 8 x 10 inch wooden skewers.
Quick creamy dip: 2 small tubs fruit fromage frais, 1 tsp vanilla extract
To make:
Cut fruit into chunky pieces approximately 20mm & thread onto wooden skewers. Cover with orange juice, brown sugar and vanilla extract to marinade for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the fromage frais with the vanilla extract and place in a serving dish. Place the marinated kebabs onto a pre heated grill and grill for around 4–6 minutes. Serve with the creamy vanilla infused fromage frais dip.
